Since it’s exclusive for licensed real estate professionals, unlimited listings are free and no payment information is collected. The best option is to have the profile, public or private, for protection to filter serious inquiries rather than just people contacting which is often a waste of time. All filtered contacts are then managed by the members to communicate further without much hassle. 

There is no membership cost to promote listings exclusively for licensed real estate brokers and agents in NY. So what’s the catch? Simply. We charge by the number of users each member manages whether their profile is public or private. It’s just like a phone or email system by managing contacts with more features including invitation to events, groups, meetings and much more. The main target is to focus on serious potential clients by filtering all contact parties. 

You must have a valid real estate license approved by the New York State Division of Licensing in Albany. 

Sharethepie.com does not sell any data to third parties. Unlike other competitors syndicating to third party sites for promotions and violation of privacy leading to often data compromising, the only promotion is the consumer market to check the member’s listings. 

Sharethepie.com is for both residential and commercial for members to post without restrictions. Listings from auction, mobile, rentals to co-op and condo are allowed for members. 

The member’s profile has unlimited update features without restrictions available.
